A self-confessed car junkie, he is a local motoring journalist with 8 years of photo-journalistic experience. Having developed a passion for cars & photography, he decided to put this passion into writing. With his witty comments & tongue-in-cheek comparison stories, he draws writing inspirations from the likes of Top Gear's Jeremy Clarkson, as well as Fifth Gear's Tom Ford (although he has since left the show).
Having had to deal with various people from Marketing & PR in his line of work, he joined an online company, focusing more on events. He still writes on a regular basis for a local newsy, although not as much as he wants to.
Recently engaged, they both decided on setting up a wedding/events planning company aptly named Lily et Azzy, which was registered earlier in 2011.
She:
As stubborn as she is, she's known to friends as someone who is fiercely loyal to anything close to her heart. As an only child, she grew up in a family of designers. Having to learn color schemes & the art of beauty, she developed an eye for both interior & fashion design. In the early 2000's, she ventured out on her own by setting up her own interior decorator company with only $1,500.00 as paid-up capital. The arduous journey of having to care for a small baby as well as running the shop took a toll, and she closed down slightly over 2 years since opening.
From then on, it has been manning the bars, advertising and the hospitality industry, on top of furthering her studies and caring for a growing girl that has kept her busy & on her toes.
However, the desire & yearning to finish what she began never diminish and she kept focus on what she wants. Fast-forward to the present; she not only managed to gain a business partner but also a life partner, in the same man who had stood by her through the times.
